I'm Karthik Swaminathan.

After 20+ years of devoting my life fully to the Confectionery industry I've decided to open my very first Gourmet Learning Centre!

I have spent the last 16 years travelling the world, learning from different cultures and teaching high-level gelato and pastry skills. It is now time to do something great in the place I call home,

(Bharat) India.
